Taggy provides NFC tags, a public tap page that routes guests to Google reviews or private feedback, and optional AI tools that process that content for the organization that owns the tag.

Organization owners are responsible for staff they invite, tags they activate, and Google Business Profile access they grant. Do not deceive guests about whether a rating will be public. Auto-sent AI replies stay off until an owner opts in.

We may suspend accounts that fabricate reviews, clone tags to mis-attribute employees, or abuse the public tap endpoint.
